SINGAPORE (Dec 8): Ziwo Holdings is proposing to change its business to focus exclusively on opportunities in green energy in China and Southeast Asia.

Ziwo is also proposing to be renamed BM Mobility, which is short for Bring More Mobility.

The group will be seeking approval from its shareholders for the moves at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan 2.
