Tuan Sing Holdings ’ CEO William Nursalim alias William Liem bought 1.39 million shares on the open market on two occasions. The shares were bought through an entity called Nuri Holdings, which Liem is a controlling shareholder and managing director of.

On Jan 9, Liem bought 653,700 shares for $176,499 or 27 cents apiece. He then bought another 735,200 shares for $198,504, also representing 27 cents per share on Jan 10.

Both transactions brought Liem’s total stake in the company to 54.59%.

Shares in Tuan Sing closed 0.5 cents higher or 1.85% up at 27.5 cents on Jan 10.
