Dormitory operator Centurion Corporation ’s executive director and joint chairman David Loh has acquired 10 million shares for 93.5 cents per share via a married deal, bringing his total stake to 59.76%.

Loh is therefore deemed to have an interest in 425,756,125 shares. His spouse, Wong Wan Pei, holds 200,000 shares. 

Loh last acquired 300,000 new shares at 74 cents per share in Sept 2024. 

In June 2024, Loh purchased 538,600 shares over a two day period.

Shares in Centurion closed 1 cent higher or 1.047% up at 96.5 cents.
