OUE Healthcare is guiding for a net profit for its FY2023 ended Dec 31 2023 results.
Following a preliminary review of the unaudited financial results, the company attributes its expected profit to net fair value gains relating to its investment properties.
Further details of the company’s financial performance will be disclosed when it announces its full year results on or before Feb 29.
Shares in OUE LJ3 Healthcare closed flat at 2.6 cents on Feb 21.
