SINGAPORE (June 1): Hafary 5VS

Holdings’ financial controller, Wu Pei Cong, 37, resigned with effect from Thursday to pursue other career opportunities.

Since his appointment to the board of the tile, flooring and fittings specialist since Aug 2015, Wu was responsible for the group’s finance and corporate functions, including financial reporting, treasury, tax and internal controls.

He holds some 158,000 shares in Hafary.

Wu’s duties will be succeeded by the company’s finance manager, Mandy Lee, with effect from today.

According to Hafary, she joined the company in April 2015 and presently has nine years of working experience in the area of audit, finance and accounting.

“The board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Wu for his contributions to the company during his term of office as financial controller and express their appreciation for his services,” says the group in a filing last evening.
