Santak Holdings Limited’s Lee Keen Whye has retired from his position as non-executive chairman and independent director, with effect from Oct 30. 

Prior to his resignation, Lee also served as chairman of the group’s audit committee, remuneration committee and sustainability committee.

Lee currently holds 200,000 shares in Santak Holdings 580

According to the group, Lee is retiring to devote more time to his other commitments. 

No re-election of the group’s non-executive chairman and independent director is expected to follow. 

Shares in Santak Holdings closed 0.1 cents higher, or up 1.25%, at 8.1 cents on Oct 9.
