EuroSports Technologies (EST), a subsidiary of EuroSports Global, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Strides Transportation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMRT Road Holdings to develop, market, and supply smart electric motorcycles for commercial and corporate clients.
Under the partnership, EST will develop two-wheel and three-wheel electric vehicles (EVs), equipped with smart riding features as well as supporting systems such as in-house charging stations.
Strides Transportation will be the sole distributor of the range in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

Melvin Goh, executive chairman and CEO of EuroSports, says the collaboration will enable the company to tap regional EV markets.
“As the creator of Scorpio Electric, the first Singapore home-grown high performance smart electric motorcycle, we are proud to fly our flag high in the international scene with Strides,” he says.
Tan Kian Heong, president, SMRT Road Holdings, says, “This collaboration is part of our plans to build businesses in the electric vehicle ecosystem towards a greener Singapore and Southeast Asia region.”
Shares in EuroSports Global closed flat at 28.5 cents on April 16.
