For those who do not wish to have direct contact with KFC staff at the restaurants, simply order with the ‘Contactless Takeaway’ option on the app (available on Apple Store, Google Play and Samsung Galaxy Store) using these simple steps:
- Place order using the KFC App or log on to kfc. com.sg
- Choose the KFC outlet desired and set a pick-up time (opt for Contactless Takeaway at checkout)
- Make an online payment to complete the order, an order number will the be given for collection
- KFC staff will indicate order number on takeaway meal — that will be placed on a designated‘ Contactless Pick-Up Table’ (away from the usual pick-up points at the counter)
- Upon arrival, customers will be able to conveniently self-collect their orders (tally order • number) and leave without any contact with KFC staff
