The Singapore Yachting Festival is here from April 27 to April 30 at One°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. Access a boating display featuring over 50 vessels by leading yacht builders and dealers, exhilarating fringe activities, and more.
Thirteen boats from around the world will be making their maiden voyage into Singapore’s waters as Asian or Singapore Premieres. There will also be demonstrations from a few of the most advanced water toys on the market: The Singapore-designed-and-developed e-surfboard by The Kinetic Option and e-foils by industry leaders Lift Foils and WaveShark.
Ramping up the festival atmosphere is live entertainment from roving bands, special food and drink deals at the various lounges, and a supercars show from Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ferrari.

EAT | Female chefs unite | Ichigo Ichie
Kappo extraordinaire Akane Eno of Ichigo Ichie stages her first four-hands collaboration with Asia’s Best Female Chef 2023, Johanne Siy of Lolla. The ladies, who emphasise produce, seasonality and simplicity in flavours, will showcase their love for ingredients and culinary philosophies.
Held on April 30, the six-course dinner experience ($328++ per person) will feature two of Eno’s signatures, the Miwa Somen and Iga Beef Steal and Sansai Donabe; two of Johanne’s signatures, Avocado with Smoked Eel Consommé and Crab Relleno; and two exclusive collaborative dishes featuring the Kinmedai and Hotaru Ika with a Pili nuts pesto. There will also be a special selection of sake and wines crafted by female sake brewers and winemakers for an additional $88++ per person.
If you love Indian cuisine, book a seat on June 10 when Eno pairs up with Vasunthara Ramasamy (Vasun), former contestant of MasterChef Singapore season two and creator of the South Indian private dining concept, Cutlery Optional. Their six-course “Japindian” menu will feature fully collaborative dishes from start to end. What results is an experimental food journey that presents an entirely foreign set of ingredients, cooking techniques and kitchen challenges to both chefs.

Executive lunch sets | Wakuda Restaurant & Bar
The perfect place for business lunches, Wakuda Restaurant & Bar by celebrity chef Tetsuya Wakuda has unveiled its weekday deluxe lunch sets.
Inspired by Wakuda’a love for traditional Japanese cooking, the artful three-course menu features the finest seasonal harvest, carefully crafted to present a unique twist while preserving their natural flavours. Diners can expect plenty of appetisers, a generous salad and healthy sides. Depending on what you choose as your main, prices will start from $72++ per head.
Commence the meal with nine palate-pleasing appetisers, including the delicate flan with avruga caviar, silky tofu with ikura, spinach ohitashi, and mozuku (Okinawa seaweed lifted with citrus).
For mains, pick six Japanese favourites, ranging from the classic Miso Cod to generously sized Sashimi or Bara Chirashi. For meat lovers, we highly recommend the 300 Days Grain Fed Australian Wagyu Tenderloin, a moreish steak of well-marbled wagyu grilled over binchotan, served with grilled shishito peppers and onions. Steamed Japanese rice, homemade pickles, miso soup and a marinated soft-boiled egg accompany all mains.
Closing the hearty lunch is a seasonal dessert — either Profiterole with seasonal sweet Thai or Australian mango and kokuto (Okinawa brown sugar) Chantilly — paired with a cup of sencha or coffee.
