Helen Chow, wife of Wing Tai’s chairman Cheng Wai Keung, has acquired 65,000 more shares for an undisclosed amount, according to a Sept 10 filing on the Singapore Exchange S68

(SGX).

Following the transaction, Chow, together with her husband, collectively have a total of 468,502,859 shares, or 61.52% of the total number of ordinary shares held. 

Prior to the transaction on Sept 10, Chow previously acquired 70,000 shares for an undisclosed amount on Sept 5. 

Chow, a director at Wing Tai Property Management, started acquiring Wing Tai shares on Sept 8, 2023, and has since increased her holdings by 21,400 shares.

Shares in Wing Tai closed flat at $1.34 on Sept 10.
